Order Processing: Orders received by 11:00 am EST will be
processed the same business day. Orders received after 11:00 am will be
processed the next business day. Orders will be sent to our warehouse to be
processed and will ship out of the warehouse as indicated in the
detail information provided per item. Rush shipping may be available for an
additional fee, please call Customer Service. Weekends and holidays do not count
as business days. If an item is out of stock you will be notified via
email.
Tracking: After the package is shipped you will receive
an email with your tracking number. Tracking numbers can take up to 12 hours to
be active in UPS and USPS tracking systems.
Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express and PayPal payment methods. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Massachusetts
sales tax will be added, only on taxable goods shipping within Massachusetts.
The customer is responsible for any additional customs duties and value added
tax (VAT) when items are received outside of the United States. Zone4Kids
reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to
shipping if the shipping address of the recipient does not match the billing
address on the credit card. For the protection of our customer if Zone4Kids is
unable to verify the credit card billing address, name and phone number we
reserve the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order.
Special and Custom Order:
A manufacturing interval will
be indicated on the product page. Please indicate the wear-by or need-by date to
ensure you receive your item in time for the special occasion. If your date is
very close to the manufacturing plus standard delivery interval we recommend
that you include expedited shipping. We will not automatically expedite
shipping. Rush orders are available for some manufacturers. Please contact us
and we will work with the manufacturer to make every attempt to meet your needs.
The requested date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times depend on
the shipping method you choose and the destination. Please allow adequate
time.
Group planning: If you are planning for a group and want all
garments to match it is recommended that all garments be ordered from the same
manufacturer at the same time on one order. This will ensure all garments are
cut from the same dye-lot. If the order is for a wedding party and the garments
are to ship to different locations please contact customer service after placing
your order and we will make sure the items reach the correct
destinations.
Gift Orders: If your purchase is for a gift, please
indicate if a gift receipt is required for possible return/exchange.
Abandoned Orders: Undeliverable material belonging to the
customer is considered abandoned after 18 days. Customer Service will make every
reasonable attempt to contact the customer for authorization of shipping charges
to have the merchandise re-shipped to them. The customer has 18 days to correct
the situation with an accurate address or accept the merchandise previously
refused delivery. We are not responsible for customer address errors and will
not refund or exchange an abandoned order.
Credit Card Cancellations:
Disputing or reversing a
credit card transaction because you have buyer's remorse or your event has been
canceled or any other circumstance out of the control of Zone4Kids constitutes
non-payment and potential fraud. Zone4Kids will make every attempt to collect
payments due before turning the matter over to our attorney.
Requesting order cancellations or
changes: Credit card
processing charges are incurred immediately upon completion of the order to
obtain approval. Any changes or cancellations after receiving confirmation will
be charged a 15% handling fee to cover credit card processing fees and changes
or cancellations with the vendor. Please understand that handling fees are
necessary to maintain optimal pricing for all our
customers.
