Zone 4 Kids Return/Exchange
Policy: Customer Satisfaction is our priority.
Please read all instructions and policies carefully. Watch your email in case we
need to contact you. Open your delivery and check it thoroughly upon arrival to
be sure it was filled as ordered.
Zone 4 Kids Error:
If an error has been made by Zone 4 Kids, please
notify us immediately. If we have shipped the wrong size or color other than
what your order states or the wrong merchandise, we will provide you with a
return shipping label at no charge. Upon notification we will immediately ship
the correct size, color or merchandise. The merchandise received in error must
be post-marked for return to our warehouse within 18 days of the original
purchase or you will be additionally charged for the
replacement.
Damaged in Transit:
If merchandise arrives damaged it is best to
REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package
make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Zone 4 Kids
to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box with the
packing material it arrived in, notify Zone 4 Kids immediately to arrange for a
carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify
Zone 4 Kids of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular
return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current
manufacturer restrictions. Call 978-965-4177 Zone 4 Kids Customer Service to
arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged
merchandise.
Return or Exchange of
Standard Merchandise: Please call Customer
Service at 978-965-4177 or e-mail customerservice@zone4kids.com
within 3 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before
shipping your product for return or exchange. NO returns or exchanges of any
type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the
following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name,
invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. Returns without
exchange will incur a 5% handling fee.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
All products to be returned or exchanged MUST: be
100 percent complete, contain ALL original parts, boxes and packing
materials/coverings, tags, hangers, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer
boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and
documentation provided by the manufacturer. Refunds or exchanges will not be
given on items that have been used, worn or damaged due to customer misuse or
negligence. Garments must not be altered, laundered, worn, stained or damaged.
Garments must be free of odors (perfume, smoke, mildew, etc.) and free of pet or
animal hair. Zone 4 Kids strongly recommends you fully insure your return
shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide
you with tracking and proof of delivery for your protection.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and
want to return it please download, print using your browser print button and
neatly fill out our Return Form with your RMA number to be included in your
shipment. The return shipping will be at your expense. The return shipment must
be post-marked within 5 business days of receipt of RMA number to receive a full
refund. If the return merchandise is post-marked past 5 business days and before
12 business days a store credit will be issued for future purchases. After the
12-day period any return will be at the discretion of Zone 4 Kids. Items post
marked for return within 5 business days of delivery without an RMA number will
be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items post marked without an RMA number after 5
business days and before 12 business days will receive a store credit less a 30%
restocking fee. Items returned after 12 business days without an RMA will be
returned to the customer and charged additional shipping fees.
Exchange Policy:
If you purchased the wrong size and need to
exchange it for another size please, download, print using your browser print
button and neatly fill out our Exchange
Form with your RMA number to be included in your shipment. The return
shipping will be at your expense. Once the warehouse receives your exchange
merchandise we will ship the correct size. If time is of the essence to
receive an exchange we recommend that you order the correct size and return the
original for a refund. Items received within 5 business days for exchange
without an RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges beyond the
12 business day notification period will be at the discretion of Zone 4 Kids as
availability of exchange merchandise is subject to seasonal changes,
etc.
Gift Return/Exchange Policy:
If the item being returned was received as a gift
we will issue a store credit to the recipient when accompanied by a gift
receipt. The recipient of the gift should call customer service with the gift
receipt number to receive an RMA number. Please download, print using your
browser print button and neatly fill out our Return Form
with your RMA number to be included in your shipment. Return shipping will be at
the customer’s expense. The customer will receive a store credit certificate to
be applied towards a future on-line purchase. If the gift item is to be
exchanged please call customer service for an RMA number. Download, print and
neatly fill out our Exchange Form with your RMA number to be included in your
shipment. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. We will ship the
exchanged item back to you once the warehouse receives your
return.
Defective Material Policy:
Defective standard merchandise can be returned
directly to Zone 4 Kids within 10 days from the invoice date. At the discretion
of Zone 4 Kids' the customer will receive: credit, a replacement, exchange or
repair. Please download, print using your browser print button and neatly fill
out our Return
Form with your RMA number to be included in your shipment. Any item that is
missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 10 days, all
manufacturers' warranties apply.
Non-Defects:
Fabrics and trims contain variations in the
natural fibers and colors. Slight variances or perceived imperfections in the
natural fibers are not considered defects or a reflection of the quality of the
garment. Computer representations of color are as accurate as possible and can
vary depending on monitor resolution. Colors by dye lot will vary and swatches
are not available.
Non-Refundable/Returnable:
Shipping and rush order fees, garments under $40
are final sale, as are sale items.
Free Shipping:
If you received free shipping and wish to return
the merchandise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Free
shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase.
Exceptions to the
Standard Return or Exchange Policies: Due to our
policies, Zone 4 Kids cannot accept the following items for exchange,
replacement or credit: Christening Garments and Christening
Accessories, Special and Custom Order Garments, Quinceanera Gowns, Pageant Dresses, White Suits or
Tuxedos, Headwear (e.g. hats, veils, tiaras), Socks, Tights,
Undergarments, Clearance items, Custom Monogrammed, Custom Constructed or
Hand-painted gifts. Defective
merchandise can be returned for replacement direct to the manufacturer. For
further clarification of this policy, please call Customer
Service.
Special order:
A special order garment is configured to your
choice of style, size, color, length, etc. and requires payment in full when
placing your order. We order your specifications directly from the
manufacturer. The manufacturer uses standard patterns and production
techniques to manufacture your special order item to your specifications.
Special orders are placed the following business day and cannot be changed.
Canceled Special Orders will incur a 50% restocking fee. Special order returns
will incur a 40% restocking fee and must be returned according to all return
guidelines outlined above.
Custom order:
A custom-sized garment is configured and
purchased specifically based on your choice of style, color, and most
importantly your individual size measurements and requires payment in full
when placing your order. We order directly from the manufacturer, who
hand-makes a custom garment to your size and specifications. Your custom
garment order is placed the following business day and cannot be changed,
canceled or returned. All Custom-sized Orders are
final.
